The National Cocker Spaniel Council Constitution is the guiding document for the National Cocker Spaniel Council (Australia).

The document was last updated in April 2007.

NCSC (Aust) Constitution Review Working Group

In May 2024 the National Cocker Spaniel Council (Aust) approved a motion to review the National Cocker Spaniel Council Constitution.

A Working Group representative of Council Members has been established to conduct this review. It is anticipated that the process will take at least a year.
